Hey guys this is the current ranking structure and leaders of MG!!

Everything posted above this is the high ranks and need respect for all there hardwork to make this clan what it is and will be!

Next is the ranks you earn and how you get promoted to next class!
Captain- Show me that you know how to run a squad!
Lieutenants- Host a practice and get 40 recruits!
Chief Warrant Officer- Recruit 30 people and host a practice!
Chief Warrant Officer 2- Recruit 20 people
Warrant Officer- Recruit 10 people
1st Sergeant- Know the duty of your squad and be able to recruit like a pro which is show your captain you can recruit 5 people!
Master Sergeant- Nearly beat your captain in a game!
Sergeant 1st Class- Know about the clan and what we do.
Staff Sergeant- Know rules, ranking structure, and every captains name.
Sergeant- Know all rules and the ranking structure
Corporal- Know all rules
Specialist- Know 4 rules, and your uppers.
Private 1st Class- Know 3 rules know all your higher ups.
Private- Know 2 rules know who leader of clan is plus your captain.
Recruit- Know who your captain is.

Now in order to get promoted you will get promoted at every practice you show up to. So as long as you know these things promotions will be a breeze! Sorry for the long list but as long as you do what these say it's gonna be super easy.

Now your gonna find out what each rank does in the clan
Captain- Run the clan smoothly and efficiently
Lieutenants- Recruit but host practices
Chief Warrant Officer- Recruit and helps captains and newbies.
Chief Warrant Officer 2- Recruit and help captains
Warrant Officer- Recruit and help newbies
1st Sergeant- Show new recruits around the clan.
Master Sergeant- Help out newer people
Sergeant 1st Class- Get to know recruits.
Staff Sergeant- Help out leaders
Sergeant- Help out leaders
Corporal- Show up to a lot of practices and tell people whats up in games.
Specialist- Help period!
Private 1st Class- Get to know your higher ups.
Private- Start talkin to more people and help out a lil.
Recruit- Get to know the clan! and add the squad tag.

Alot of these are repeats but there isn't much I can do but anyone can do all of these!! No matter what rank! Also when it says get recruits it means total recruits. Plus you can even recruit if your not a Warrant Officer or 1st Sergeant. They will just be called referrals not recruits. Plus keep track of how many people you recruit.
